Allyson Gofton is a prominent, and enduring figure in the NZ culinary world. Well known for her innovative and accessible food, she has had a huge impact on our national foodie scene.
I connected with Allyson when she approached us to work part time in our Cambridge store, a small town she had relocated to, to advance her children's schooling.
Knowing Allyson from 'Food in Minute', and who doesn't remember these small impactful segments before we all sat down to watch the 6pm news on TV1, I was delighted to include her in our retail team.
Our relationship has grown from here and we have gone on to work together in collaboration with Allyson agreeing to model some of our clothes on our digital platforms, looking to include her new digital cooking venture on our social platforms. It is an absolute privilege to have Allyson in our Stretton family and I look forward to working with her on many more shoots and social collaborative projects.
