CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:
Stretton Clothing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, liability of the parcel is with the courier provider. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

DISCOUNT CODES / ONLINE CREDITS  / 10% FAMILY DISCOUNT

Online credit codes or Discount codes can not be used together - only one code can be used per purchase. Ie - An online credit code and "Laboursale2" code cannot be used together. If you would like to do this - we are happy to do this manually over the phone - during our headoffice business hours - 8am to 4pm | Monday to Friday - 07 889 4053

Family discount codes, or any discount codes - are unable to be used on mask products.
Discount codes or online credit codes can also, not be used together - only one code can be used per purchase.
Free shipping discount codes can only be used once per customer and only apply to our standard $8.99 NZ wide shipping. Rural delivery and oversized packages do not apply.

Within New Zealand, all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax).
Within Australia and internationally, all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) or local currency and include GST.
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason and at any time.

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $249 within New Zealand. ** Excluding bulkier items.
  • For all orders under $249, a $8.99 Shipping + Handling fee will be charged, for within mainland New Zealand (SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE UPON ITEM RETURN) ** Please note exclusions may apply on bulkier items & Rural Addresses on all orders - where freight costs more.
  • Rural Deliveries - Please note this is an extra cost and the correct rural delivery shipping option will need to be paid for your to be dispatched. Rural North Island $12.99 & Rural South Island $14.99
    Chatham Island deliveries are $10.99
  • All New Zealand orders are delivered in a signature-required courier parcel. Next-day delivery where possible.
  • We cannot ship to a PO Box address.

  • Please allow 5-10 working days for our tracked delivery service

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $399 to Australia (excludes sale items)
  • All orders to Australia - under $399 a $34.99 NZD shipping fee will be applied.
    Please note: We do not offer delivery to Australian PO Boxes
  • Please note: Under the free shipping offer - We only cover the standard delivery of $34.99
  • If your parcel weighs more than 3kg we will contact you to arrange extra payment. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)

  • For all international orders, $55 will be charged to your order for shipping which covers parcels up to 3kg. If your parcel weighs more than 3kg we will contact you to arrange extra payment. 
  • Occasionally we may have to source a garment from one of our stores - this can add up to 3 days to our delivery time.
  • Some countries (particularly the United Arab Emirates and Middle East) are more expensive to ship to - if the courier charge exceeds $55.00 we will contact you to arrange extra payment.

  • Please note - we DO NOT ship face masks internationally.

CAN I MARK THIS AS A GIFT/LOWER VALUE?

For legal reasons we cannot declare items as a lower value, as the invoices must read true to the contents of the package and the initial transaction.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TAX AND DUTIES ON THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, these are not included in your order total and are determined at destination. Any import taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Each country has different thresholds for these charges, we advise you to check with your local customs for full details on any fees/delays that might be incurred. Please note, if a consignment is unable to be delivered due to refusal of these charges, the consignment will be abandoned, find more info here.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Stretton Clothing Company Ltd. will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.
 

COLOUR VARIATION:

Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate. 

SPLITTING ORDERS OR COMBINING 

Orders cannot be combined after they have been placed to save on shipping costs. 

Pre order items will hold up your delivery, All items in one order will be shipped together. Please place separate orders if you would like non pre order items sent immediately.

    DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FACE MASKS & ACCESSORIES.


    Competition Terms and Conditions (including Facebook promo's)

    1. Only people living in New Zealand are eligible to enter.
    2. Employees of Stretton Clothing Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
    3. All entries must be complete to be valid.
    4. In the case of a competition question, then this must also be answered correctly, to be valid.
    5. Only one entry per email address will be accepted as valid.
    6. All complete entries received on time will be entered into the prize draw.
    7. Entries must be received by midnight on the stated closing date.
    8. The winning entry will be drawn on the day after the closing date.
    9. The winner will be notified by email within two working days of being drawn. The winner must respond to this email within five working days to confirm contact details and address details. If the winner does not, then the competition will be re-drawn. If for any reason the winner does not receive communication from Stretton clothing they have one month to claim any prize by contacting Head Office.
    10. Upon re-draw, the winner from this will then go through point 8 again.
    11. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    12. Stretton Clothing and the competition promotion company reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
    13. Entry is consent to receive Annah Stretton email newsletters and promotions.
    14. Entry is consent to be added to the email mailing list for the competition promotion company for future promotions or emails.
    15. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
    16. The prize package is not transferable nor exchangeable.
    17. The winners acknowledge that Stretton Clothing accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winners winning the prize, and the winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk.
    18. The winners acknowledge that Stretton Clothing accepts no responsibility or liability for any prizes being sent to incorrect postal addresses. Stretton Clothing uses what is confirmed via email from the prize winner.
    19. Stretton Clothing reserves the right to amend/ decide the required number of entries for a competition in relation to choosing a winner at its own disclosure. 
    20. By sending in an entry, you accept these terms and conditions.
    21. At Stretton Clothing, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to send out email newsletters and promotions and to provide a more personalized viewing web experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.
    22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current  data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

    HAPPY TO HELP
    We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour, brand – whatever you may wish to discuss prior to purchasing. When you receive your order we recommend that you check your purchase against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.     OUR ETHICAL + SOCIAL COMPLIANCE POLICY

    ABOUT OUR POLICY
    The Factories Stretton Clothing Company are working with are committed to manufacturing products under safe, fair, and humane working conditions.

    Our ethical sourcing policy includes but is not limited to:

    • Criteria on labour rights, anti-corruption, fair and safe working conditions, and environmental compliance
    • Covers all our final stage manufacturers.
    • Incorporates conventions of the international labour organisation (ILO) and principles of the united nations universal declaration of human rights. In addition to setting as a minimum, compliance with local laws and regulations, this policy provides requirements and standards that all factories manufacturing Annah Stretton garments must demonstrate continuous improvement towards. They include:

    FREEDOM OF EMPLOYMENT
    Factories must not use forced, bonded or prison labour. Workers will not be required to lodge deposits or identity papers with an employer and must be free to leave work at the end of the shift and terminate their employment with reasonable notice. If a worker is found to be employed under such conditions Stretton Clothing will terminate all further work with this factory.

    FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
    Suppliers will recognise the right of employees to join unions or representative committees, and the right of worker’s associations to collective bargaining.

    Where the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining is restricted under law, the employer allows the development of a means for independent and free association and bargaining.

    SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS
    A safe and hygienic working environment shall be provided. Adequate steps shall be taken to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, or occurring in the course of, work by minimising as far as practical hazards in the workplace.

    Health and safety training shall be provided and practiced on site.

    CHILD LABOUR
    There shall be no new recruitment of child labour, Stretton Clothing Company does not tolerate or work with ant factories using Child Labour.

    FAIR WAGES
    Terms and conditions of employment must be clearly communicated to all workers. written records of payments must be maintained for audit purposes. wages must be paid in line with national legal standards or industry benchmarks, whichever is greater.

    Wages must be paid at regular intervals according to national or industry benchmarks. any deductions not provided for under national law are not permitted without the express written permission of the worker.

    REASONABLE WORKING HOURS
    All Factories Stretton Clothing Company are working with, prohibits the use of excessive overtime. Suppliers must comply with applicable laws and regulations in regards to working hours and must operate in a manner that promotes humane and productive hours of work and working conditions.

    NON-DISCRIMINATION
    There is to be no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.

    FAIR AND EQUITABLE TREATMENT
    Physical abuse, the threat of physical abuse, sexual and other forms of harassment, verbal abuse and other types of intimidation will never be used by a supplier or factory in relation to their workers.

    The deduction of wages as a disciplinary measure will not be used.

    Obligations to employees under labour and social security laws and regulations arising from the regular employment relationship shall not be avoided through the use of labour-only contracting, subcontracting, or home-based working schemes; nor through apprenticeship schemes where there is no real intent to impart skills or provide regular employment; nor shall any such obligations.
