Online Digital Store Manager

We are seeking a team leader to manage our online stores, five websites, and extensive Social Media platforms. The right person for this role will have exemplary leadership skills, and an ability to prioritise tasks.

Duties will include –
· Managing our online stores, and processing orders
· Processing and liaising with stores for all online orders
· Handling all incoming customer queries – customer service must be a passion.
· Managing social media campaigns.
· Management of weekly EDMs to database, bring content ideas to the table
· Co-ordinating and creating marketing campaigns using MailChimp
· Creating and maintaining listings on all our websites.
· Management of the overall feel and look of our website’s front end, keeping up to date and presentable each day.
· Support for the office and production team. 

You will need to be –
· Motivated, punctual and have an eye for detail.
· Self-motivated, with an autonomous work ethic.
· Willing to learn new systems.
· Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and be able to use your initiative and work pro-actively to get the job done in a timely manner.
· Committed to excellent customer service.
· Social Media savvy, up to date with current media platforms
· Confident using Microsoft Office, and have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills required –
· Proof reading skills
· The ability to lead a team.
· A passion for fashion and the ability to drive sales.
· A strong literary aptitude and command of the English language – we would love a wordsmith. 
· Experience with website back-end systems and stock management experience would be an advantage. 

This is a senior role and we are looking for a team leader with a can-do attitude in a busy and ever changing environment. You will be working in a strong, close-knit team, and you need to be able to work under pressure during busy times.

 

 

Manager - Pukekohe

We are looking for a passionate fashionista to manage our iconic Annah Stretton flagship store in Pukekohe. Our team have the reputation for exceptional customer service - if you thrive in a consultative sales environment then you will absolutely love this role.
Typically you will be:
Responsible for the overall performance of the store
Fashion forward and aware of the latest and styles and trends
Professional and passionate about the fashion and retail industry
Willing and adaptable to do whatever is required
Reliable, friendly and personable
Hard working and driven
Focused on providing the best customer service at all times
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Self motivated and able to use your initiative

This role is a full day on Monday, and the possibility of further support hours, and full days. The Annah Stretton team have the reputation for exceptional customer service - if you thrive in a consultative sales environment then you will absolutely love this role.
