Unapologetically Mary 🩷💯🌟
I loved being able to photograph Mary in our fashion. Mary and I go way back, initially, meeting during the early stages of NZ Fashion Week. Mary often graced our front row embracing our brand and injecting the audience with her enthusiasm. We moved on together to include each other in our lives, speaking together and attending a myriad of public and personal events.
I have watched our respective lives play out, Mary’s life has played differently to mine, in that we all have our individual challenges and successes. I applaud Mary for her ongoing courage to battle the tough stuff and embrace the high points. When I asked how I could reciprocate for the generous gift of her time and image, Mary told me of her ambassadorship for Lifeline and their pending 60th birthday and asked if I would contribute to this, which I am incredibly happy to do. Thank you Mary for the joy, the contribution, and even more so for saying ‘ yes’ to so many of us. I love the diversity and love you bring into my life. 🩷🩷💯🌟
