SHIPPING PROTECTION INSURANCE Shipping Protection Insurance is available at checkout. This covers any instances of loss, damage or theft after your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TAX AND DUTIES ON THE SHIPMENT? Yes, these are not included in your order total and are determined at destination. All sale items purchased online are Final - This includes items purchased on promotion - i.e: "Easter Sale" or "Black Friday Sale". If you are returning your item from outside of New Zealand, please contact us to let us know your parcel is to be expected. All Customs/duty charges are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Return parcels must be tracked to ensure they reach us and can be found if lost. Items should be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods |
For all returns and exchanges - the cost to return and resend is at the customer's expense. If the garment can be exchanged, we will call you to process the courier fee when return the new item to you. The return and refund framework applies to all online orders, accessories and shapewear cannot be returned for a refund. |
