A Tribute To Iris Apfel

I have been a fan of the enduring qualities that Iris Apfel has brought to the world of fashion for a long time.
In fact I designed a small tribute to her namesake last season.
Her love of colour, her dramatic dressings with her signature round glasses 🕶, lashings of jewellery 💎 and her dramatic hand poses, became well known and
loved across the globe. Her passing at 102 became a celebration of the contribution she had made and the colourful life she had lived. 🌈
Therefore, I decided to ask my 85 year old mum (still working with us at head office) whether she would humour me and do a tribute Iris shoot. This also offered another opportunity to practice my styling and photography skills, guided by my capable daughter and her technical prowess. The result here where we proudly celebrate all women and acknowledge the beauty and privilege in aging xx
