I was on my way to the store close to closing time. I was running late, so I phoned, and Megan kindly stayed open a little longer so I wouldn’t miss out. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, especially at the end of a long retail day when all you want to do is head home, but she did, and she did it with such genuine warmth.

In store, she was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. Nothing felt rushed, and she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Working in retail myself, I know how much those extra moments take, and how rare it is for people to go above and beyond like that. Megan truly did, and it made a real difference to my day.
