Camille And I
So many of you have seen the fabulous Facebook posts lately featuring the one and only Camille — and I’ve been asked over and over again about our connection and how she fits into the Annah Stretton story.
Well, Camille and I go way back… so far back, neither of us can actually pinpoint when it all began! What we do know is that our paths often crossed in the Waikato speaking circuit — Camille as the much-loved MC, and me doing the speaking. We've even shared a few radio moments, with Camille lighting up the airwaves as the longtime breakfast host on The Breeze Waikato.
More recently, Camille has bravely (and brilliantly) stepped into our world of fashion, asking us to dress her for the many events she MCs. We absolutely jumped at the chance! It’s been such a joy to see our garments on someone so vibrant and full of life. From her first fitting, it was clear she was made for this. Watching her play up in the changing room, we knew she was perfect to help bring our clothing to life on social media and the response has been phenomenal.
To me, Camille gives every woman permission to simply be. To show up, to embrace the life you're in, to stop chasing perfection and instead shine with personality and presence — exactly as you are.
I love that her beauty radiates from within.
I love her courage, her joy, her infectious playfulness.
And most of all, I love the way she rocks our frocks.
