I wanted to let you know that on Friday at the Christchurch store, this first time shopper had the most incredible, vibrant, kind, supportive shopping experience thanks to Sally and Angela. 

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with amazing bold and welcoming energy, and was offered help, and absolute encouragement.

I felt like I had the pretty woman experience - item after item delivered to try on, lots of ‘wow’ and ‘amazing’ when I came out, and a genuine desire to listen and find things I loved. 

In the end, this window shopper walked away with so many new items! The biggest shop I’ve ever had, and I promise I’ll be back.
