I just wanted to get in touch and let you know about the amazing service I received in Havelock North today.

I arrived at the shop around 4:30, thinking it would be open until 5, and was very disappointed to find it actually closes at 4 on Mondays. To be honest, I was being a real brat and grizzling out on the footpath because I was so grumpy, when suddenly a beaming face appeared at the door and the lovely lady kindly offered to open up for me!

I really felt bad about this and told her I realised she was closed and had already cashed up for the day, and I didn't want to be a pain. But she insisted I come in and made my sale fast for me.

She was so cheerful and went above and beyond to help me when she really didn't need to. I was thoroughly impressed with her and was really grateful for her amazing attitude and exceptional customer service.

I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry, but she told me she was the casual. She was a beautiful blonde, impeccably dressed, and I hope you can work out who she was!

Anyway, she is a real asset to you, and I hope she can be commended for going the extra mile. What a delightful lady. She really made my day. 😀
