Just a note to say thank you.

My sister and I visited the Pukekohe store yesterday and were assisted by the lovely Joanna in the store (I checked your staff list on your website and think I have the right person!)

She was amazing, and we both felt completely looked after and listened to.  Usually I don’t let sales assistants see what things look like that I am trying on - but she put us both at ease.

We both came away with lovely purchases and felt great.

Will be back!
