Ordinarily people only get in touch when something is wrong — I prefer to let people know when they get it right.

Yesterday I visited your store at the Columbo in Christchurch. It was late in the afternoon and it was just a casual pop-in and browse moment. I was so impressed with the range of accessories and prices. 

I am a huge fan of Cath Kidston and buy online from overseas so I was really impressed with the range of vintage feel florals but great quality in-store — especially the non-clothing items. I instantly bought an umbrella, laptop case, glasses case and reusable shopper — all so so pretty.

I was served by two lovely women, one older with grey hair and one younger with dark curly hair and they were fantastic — attentive without being pushy, having genuine open conversations, showing me more products, and explaining about upcoming ranges. 

The service was fantastic and you probably don’t hear that enough. Please pass the feedback on to them — I am now a huge fan of the store.

I was so pleased I have just been online and ordered more goods as little gifts for friends, and I cant wait to see the new ranges.
