Click and collect is available free of charge for any items that are in stock* at your chosen location within NZ.

*If your chosen items are not in stock at your chosen location, you will not be able to proceed at checkout, pre order items are the exception, where you are able to pre order an item for collection at your nearest store. Please note, this will add a few extra days to the expected delivery timeframe of your pre order.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for click and collect, you will receive a pick up confirmation once your order is ready to collect.

SHIPPING PROTECTION INSURANCE

Shipping Protection Insurance is available at checkout. This covers any instances of loss, damage or theft after your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

This means your order will be replaced as soon as possible (within our capabilities) if any of these occurrences were to happen.

If you choose not to select shipping protection insurance, we may lodge a claim with our shipping provider, which can take up to 6+ weeks, if accepted.

Your shipping insurance covers you for any exchanges made under that order. 
Shipping Insurance and postage costs are not refundable if you are to return your order.

If your New Zealand parcel was dispatched and scanned by the courier over 7 days ago and is still in limbo, you can contact us to make a claim. *
Australian parcels, we expect your parcel to be delivered by 2 weeks after dispatch from us. Please contact us if you are waiting past the 2.5 week mark.*

A back up rate for international orders of $55NZD will be charged to your order if the system is unable to calculate a live rate for you. This covers shipping up to 3kg. If your parcel weighs more than 3kg or the rate charged was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange extra payment

EXCESS SHIPPING CHARGES 

All shipping thresholds above are on a good faith basis, if your order has excessive shipping charges, we may contact you for further payment to cover some of the excess costs. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TAX AND DUTIES ON THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, these are not included in your order total and are determined at destination. Any import taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Each country has different thresholds for these charges, we advise you to check with your local customs for full details on any fees/delays that might be incurred. Please note, if a consignment is unable to be delivered due to refusal of these charges, the consignment will be abandoned, find more info here.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Stretton Clothing Company Ltd. will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.

Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor or device may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate. 

HOW DOES IT WORK IF I BUY A PRE ORDER ITEM?

Your order will be held until all items are in stock to send out. 

Pre Order items are all sold with an expected delivery date listed in the title, this is generally the date we are expecting them in to our warehouse in Morrinsville. It can take our team an extra few days to get through packing all pre orders, especially for popular items. Occasionally the projected date can change due to international logistics hold ups outside of our control and public holidays.

Click & Collect is available on pre order items, however this usually adds a few extra days to the expected delivery time, as it takes longer to get those items to stores once they have arrived to us.

Certain pre order items are unexpectedly popular and don't always make it in to stores as general available stock as the allocation sells out beore they arrive. If you are looking to purchase a pre order item, we recommend you don't wait around! You can pre order through your local store and this ensures an item is allocated to you.

CAN I MARK THIS AS A GIFT/LOWER VALUE?

For legal reasons we cannot declare items as a lower value, as the invoices must read true to the contents of the package and the initial transaction.

SPLITTING ORDERS OR COMBINING 

Orders cannot be combined after they have been placed to save on shipping costs. 

Pre order items will hold up your delivery, All items in one order will be shipped together. Please place separate orders if you would like non pre order items sent immediately. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:

Stretton Clothing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 Full Priced Store Returns:

For all full priced in-store purchases, please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for a simple change of mind.

We are more than happy to offer an exchange or credit note with in 7 days from purchase date. Of course though, if your garment is faulty we will happily repair, exchange or refund.

Sale Items Store Returns

For all sale items purchased in-store, please choose carefully, as this sale is final. We do not offer any exchange, credit or refund. 

 Full Priced Online Returns

We want you to look and feel fabulous in your new Annah Stretton styles. Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund full priced items from any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with.
You can return any full price, unworn garment within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

If you are unable to print the below form, please copy out the relevant details on to a piece of paper and include it with your return

Please note: We can not accept returns on accessories, hats, all face masks & shapewear at anytime for hygiene reasons.

Sale Items Online Returns

All Sale items purchased online are non refundable - This includes items purchased on promotion - i.e: "Easter Sale" or "Black Friday Sale".

Please note: Items purchased with a Gold Card discount, initial sign up discount and other individual use codes are not counted as "sale" and can still be returned within the timeframe specified.

Should you find your Sale item is not suitable, return within 14 days of receiving it, unworn and we will issue an online credit, allowing you to purchase the correct size or style in your own time.
Please note, Sale items move quickly meaning we cannot guarantee an exchange on these items.

 Online Exchange & Refund Process

Please note for all exchanges and returns - the cost to return the item to our head office is at the customer's expense.

If the garment can be exchanged, an additional courier fee will be charged, we will call you to process the courier fee to ship your new item to you.

If you have paid for Shipping Protection Insurance, you are covered for any exchanges made under your initial order.
Shipping Protection Insurance and your postage fees are not refundable.

Approved refunds will be credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid.

Stretton Clothing does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality merchandise. However, if you believe that your item is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact us by email and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

If you are returning your item from outside of New Zealand, please contact us to let us know your parcel is to be expected.

All Customs/duty charges are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Return parcels must be tracked to ensure they reach us and can be found if lost. Items should be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods 

For all returns and exchanges - the cost to return and resend is at the customer's expense. If the garment can be exchanged, we will call you to process the courier fee when return the new item to you. The return and refund framework applies to all online orders, accessories and shapewear cannot be returned for a refund.
