To assist you with getting your size correct, we advise you (or a friend) to take your measurements using our measuring tips below, then compare this to our size guide above.
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, under the armpits and around your back over the shoulder blades.
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, find your natural waistline, keep tape snug but not tight.
Measure the fullest part of the hip, about 20cm below the waist.

CLICK & COLLECT: Click and collect is available free of charge for any items that are in stock* at your chosen location within NZ. SHIPPING PROTECTION INSURANCE Shipping Protection Insurance is available at checkout. This covers any instances of loss, damage or theft after your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your shipping insurance covers you for any exchanges made under that order. If your parcel arrives and items are damaged, or your parcel is stolen once delivered, please contact us to lodge a claim. HOW DOES IT WORK IF I BUY A PRE ORDER ITEM? Your order will be held until all items are in stock to send out. Pre Order items are all sold with an expected delivery date listed in the title, this is generally the date we are expecting them in to our warehouse in Morrinsville. It can take our team an extra few days to get through packing all pre orders, especially for popular items. Occasionally the projected date can change due to international logistics hold ups outside of our control and public holidays. Click & Collect is available on pre order items, however this usually adds a few extra days to the expected delivery time, as it takes longer to get those items to stores once they have arrived to us. Certain pre order items are unexpectedly popular and don't always make it in to stores as general available stock as the allocation sells out beore they arrive. If you are looking to purchase a pre order item, we recommend you don't wait around! You can pre order through your local store and this ensures an item is allocated to you. |

CAN I MARK THIS AS A GIFT/LOWER VALUE? For legal reasons we cannot declare items as a lower value, as the invoices must read true to the contents of the package and the initial transaction. |

All Sale items purchased online are non refundable - This includes items purchased on promotion - i.e: "Easter Sale" or "Black Friday Sale". Please note: Items purchased with a Gold Card discount, initial sign up discount and other individual use codes are not counted as "sale" and can still be returned within the timeframe specified.

Please note for all exchanges and returns - the cost to return the item to our head office is at the customer's expense. If the garment can be exchanged, an additional courier fee will be charged, we will call you to process the courier fee to ship your new item to you. If you have paid for Shipping Protection Insurance, you are covered for any exchanges made under your initial order. |

Approved refunds will be credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid. |

Stretton Clothing does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality merchandise. However, if you believe that your item is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact us by email and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. |
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: |

If you are returning your item from outside of New Zealand, please contact us to let us know your parcel is to be expected. All Customs/duty charges are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Return parcels must be tracked to ensure they reach us and can be found if lost. Items should be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods |

For all returns and exchanges - the cost to return and resend is at the customer's expense. If the garment can be exchanged, we will call you to process the courier fee when return the new item to you. The return and refund framework applies to all online orders, accessories and shapewear cannot be returned for a refund. |
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING ONLINE GIFT CARDS
The following terms and conditions (“Terms“) apply where you use, purchase or contribute to an Annah Stretton Online Gift Card (“Gift Card“) By using, purchasing or contributing to a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. If you allow another person to use or take possession of your Gift Card, you must tell that person that they will be bound by these Terms.
Annah Stretton Gift Cards
Annah Stretton Online Gift Cards are issued by Annah Stretton (www.annahstretton.co.nz) and are redeemable online for merchandise sold on our website www.annahstretton.co.nz
Gift Cards are sold on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis.
Gift Cards may not be used for any other purpose. Purchase with a Gift Card is as if the purchase was made by way of cash payment. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. A single Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum value of $10 and a maximum value of $1,000. We cannot sell more than $4,999 of gift cards to any individual, company or other legal entity within any 3 month period. We also cannot split a bulk order exceeding $4,999 of gift cards into multiple smaller orders, even where those smaller orders may be spread over a timeframe longer than 3 months.
Gift Card credit does not expire Gift Cards should be held in a secure place, as any person holding the Gift Card code may be able to use it to make purchases. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
The bearer of a Gift Card may not consolidate the balances of several Gift Cards onto a new Gift Card.
Annah Stretton reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card programme, for any reason at any time without notice. If this occurs, the balance on all valid Gift Cards will be refunded to the holder on presentation of the Gift Card.
Annah Stretton may vary these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms on our website. Your Gift Card may not be copied or reproduced in any circumstances.
Redeeming an Online Gift Card
Subject to any rights you may have at law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act, all Gift Cards are sold on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.

Details on what information we collect and how we use it is set out in our privacy policy. By providing us with information about you or any other person, you must be authorised to provide such information and you agree to our privacy policy. 18. We do not collect any credit card information in the purchase of gift cards online.
