A back up rate for international orders of $55NZD will be charged to your order if the system is unable to calculate a live rate for you. This covers shipping up to 3kg. If your parcel weighs more than 3kg or the rate charged was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange extra payment

Some countries (particularly the United Arab Emirates and Middle East) are more expensive to ship to - if the courier charge exceeds $55.00 we will contact you to arrange extra payment Any questions regarding International Shipping and Additional Charges, please email prior to placing your order.

Click and collect is available free of charge for any items that are in stock* at your chosen location within NZ.
Click & Collect items are not wrapped for pick up. If you would like your item wrapped in store, a packaging or bag fee will be charged.

*If your chosen items are not in stock at your location, you will not be able to proceed through checkout, pre order items are the exception, where you are able to pre order an item for collection at your nearest store. Please note, this can add a few extra days to the expected delivery timeframe of your pre order.

Please allow a minimum of 5-7 days for click and collect, you will receive a pick up confirmation once your order is ready to collect.

Please note - our Morrinsville Flagship store + HQ is open Monday - Thursday, Click & Collect is not available on Fridays or weekends 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

HOW DOES IT WORK IF I BUY A PRE ORDER ITEM?

Your order will be held until all items are in stock to send out.

Pre Order items are all sold with an expected delivery date listed, this is generally the date we are expecting them in to our warehouse. It can take our team an extra few days to get through packing all pre orders, especially for popular items such as our tea towels and memo cubes. Occasionally the projected date can change due to international logistics hold ups and public holidays. 
SHIPPING PROTECTION INSURANCE

Shipping Protection Insurance is available at checkout. This covers any instances of loss, damage or theft after your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

This means your order will be replaced as soon as possible (within our capabilities) if any of these occurrences were to happen.
If you choose not to select shipping protection insurance, we may lodge a claim with our shipping provider, which can take up to 6+ weeks, if accepted.
How It Works:
If your parcel arrives and items are damaged, or your parcel is stolen once delivered, please contact us to lodge a claim.
OR
If your New Zealand parcel was dispatched and scanned by the courier over 7 days ago and is still in limbo, you can contact us to make a claim. *
Australian parcels, we expect your parcel to be delivered by 2 weeks after dispatch from us.
Please contact us if you are waiting past the 2.5 week mark.*

*At times of high demand such as Christmas, public holidays and natural disasters that may affect courier abilities, we may extend the claim timeframe to accommodate courier expectations. Any questions regarding Shipping Protection Insurance and additional charges, please contact us 

 
TAXES + DUTIES

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TAX AND DUTIES ON THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, these are not included in your order total and are determined at destination. Any import taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Each country has different thresholds for these charges, we advise you to check with your local customs for full details on any fees/delays that might be incurred. Please note, if a consignment is unable to be delivered due to refusal of these charges, the consignment will be abandoned, find more info here.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Stretton Clothing Company Ltd. will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service. 

CAN I MARK THIS AS A GIFT/LOWER VALUE?

For legal reasons we cannot declare items as a lower value, as the invoices must read true to the contents of the package and the initial transaction.

COLOUR VARIATION:

Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate. 

DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES:

Our team are based at our HQ in Morrinsville, New Zealand. We dispatch orders Monday - Thursday. Weekly cut off: Lunch time Thursday. Provided your order does not contain pre order items or items from our stores, our team will usually dispatch your order with 24 hours. Sale promotions, public holidays and seasonal busy periods can extend our expected dispatch times. We cannot guarantee set dates once your order has left us, courier timeframes are a best estimate only.

SPLITTING ORDERS OR COMBINING 

Orders cannot be combined after they have been placed to save on shipping costs. 

Pre order items will hold up your delivery, All items in one order will be shipped together. Please place separate orders if you would like non pre order items sent immediately. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:

Stretton Clothing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard NZ delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
