Ordering online via our B2B portal. 

Access to the Annah Stretton B2B portal is strictly applied to approved accounts only. 

Location Ordering

This portal allows you to browse and submit your orders to any location saved against your account. If your company has multiple locations, each one will be added and saved against your company account in your B2B log in, this allows you to order for each location separately should you wish. 

Logging In

The email address provided for your trade account is the email approved to log in to your B2B portal. Shopify allows password less log ins, meaning you simply have to enter your email address, you will be issued a one time code for each log in.
Shopping via our site using your profile will only show you the B2B options, to shop for personal use browsing our complete range, please make sure to log in with your personal email address.
B2B customers do not receive Annah Stretton Loyalty points, nor can discount codes be used on top of wholesale pricing. 

Submitting Orders 

Browse our B2B site and add items to your cart, as you would for any regular online order. Proceed to checkout, fill in any required information, including a PO number if needed, and click "submit for request" 
Our team will then receive your order, asses availability, check shipping costs and send you a complete invoice in return with accurate delivery costs. 

If your order consists of a large number of pre order items, we may split your order into an "Available Stock" and a "Pre Order" invoice, allowing you to pay for an receive your in stock goods sooner.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is 50% of the current recommended retail price, plus GST, plus freight.

Minimum Order

The minimum wholesale order value is NZD $500 plus GST and freight.

First Order

All first orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch, regardless of order value. No credit terms apply to a first order.

Orders of $500 or Less

Any order of $500 or less must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Approved Trade Accounts

Following successful completion of the first order and approval of your credit application, subsequent orders over $300 may be supplied on account. Payment is due in full within 15 days of the stock being received into your store. These terms are not 15 days from end of month or statement.

Freight

Freight is additional on all orders and will be charged on the invoice. Please note: Current shipping rates shown at checkout on B2B store are an estimate only, based on our DTC (Direct to customer) rates, they do not account for bulk quantities.  Once an order is submitted, our team will assess your request and cost the delivery accurately. A $9.99 handling fee will be applied with your freight cost. 

Credit Approval

The granting of a trade account is entirely at the discretion of Stretton Clothing Company Limited. Credit facilities may be declined, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Overdue accounts may result in further orders being placed on hold or reverting to prepayment.

Ownership of Goods

All goods supplied remain the property of Stretton Clothing Company Limited until payment has been received in full. Where legally permitted, Stretton Clothing Company Limited reserves its rights in relation to unpaid goods, including rights available under New Zealand law and the Personal Property Securities Act 1999.

Acceptance of Terms

Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of Stretton Clothing Company Limited's wholesale trading terms, including pricing, freight and payment requirements.
