I felt compelled to send you a message about the wonderful experience that I had at your Christchurch Store. I adore your clothing and live some distance from town. I had a wedding to attend and looking through my clothing which was a mix of outdated outfits and farm attire!

Anyway, knowing how lovely your designs were I took the time to go to the store to search for an outfit. The two assistants there, Angela and Kara, were fantastic. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a welcome, I quickly became incredibly comfortable with them, they went out of their way to really get to know my needs.

There was absolutely no doubt in my mind as to the calibre of clothing but when that was coupled with such kind, non-judgmental authentic conversation I have to say that the one-hour drive was absolutely worth it. On this particular occasion I didn't make a purchase due to my own personal reasons around an upcoming surgery, however what their approach did was build relationship with me and I absolutely will be back to purchase a whole new look.

So, I wanted you to know that your staff did an amazing job of being brand ambassadors and decent human beings. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide.
