I just wanted to pass on some positive feedback.

My friend and I visited your Havelock North store last weekend while on a weekend away in the Hawkes Bay. 
We were both really impressed with the service of the two young ladies in the store.  They did give us their names but I can't remember them now (old age and a couple of wines later). They were both courteous, polite, happy and showed us other items available which we might be interested in.  They had the recommendations down to pat for colour, style etc. 

They were chatty in general and none of it was hard sell, It was spot on.  They even included our husbands in the banter, and the men commented positively on the service (both have worked in retail before). 

I will certainly visit Annah Stretton stores whenever nearby and definitely will be going to the Havelock North store when in the bay in the future. Please pass on our thanks and well done to both ladies.
