Lock-down Terms & Conditions:

We have been certified by the Ministry of Business to provide you with Winter Essentials that will keep you warm, safe, and comfortable during lockdown – and hopefully bring you a little bit of joy too!

We, of course, are doing everything we can to protect our customers, our staff, and our couriers by following the advice and guidelines set by the NZ Government and the W.H.O. to reduce the chance of spreading the virus.


During the lockdown we are only able to fulfil orders for an item in our Winter Essential section.

Orders placed on any other item(s) will secure the stock (remember our stock numbers are exclusive) and will be delivered when the level 4 limitations are lifted.

If your order contains a Winter Essential and a non-essential item(s), then the order will be split and you will receive these in separate shipments.

If you’d like to order your Winter Essentials but aren’t able to order online then we’d love to help you with a secure phone order – just call our Customer Service team on 0800 042 092!


We are a very small team here at our ANNAH STRETTON HQ. However, during the lockdown we are even smaller!

We only have one person on-site managing the processing of your orders, who is following health and safety protocol around the workspace and handling of items; including PPE and frequent sanitisation.


We have organised contactless pickups and drop-offs from our couriers, using a safe on-site location which enables no face-to-face interaction.

NZ Couriers have also introduced safer measures for delivery to you at this time. Couriers will knock on the door as usual, but then wait a safe distance for you to open the door. They will ask for your name as confirmation without signature and leave the parcel on the doorstep.

Please note there may be some delays with the delivery of your orders due to steps we’re taking to make sure you receive your order as safely as possible and avoid pressure on courier system.


To keep the process safe, we are asking that you avoid returning item(s) during this time – to minimise contact and protect our staff and couriers.

You are more than welcome to return your item(s) once the level 4 limitations have been lifted – please just call our Customer Service team on 0800 042 092 for more information.
