I just wanted to provide some feedback. Myself and my best friend were in your Havelock North store this morning and we were styled by our manager there Rachel. I just wanted to pass on our huge thanks for her amazing help, encouragement to try new styles and her gorgeous happy manner.

Her customer service skills were incredible but yet she didn’t come across as just wanting a sale. Her passion for your brand was so apparent and we felt so comfortable and safe shopping there. Both of us are bigger, more solid ladies and I ended up buying my wedding dress there and my friend; a jacket and a beautiful dress.
