Online Store Terms and Conditions


IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Stretton Clothing Company Ltd. will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.

PRICING:
Within New Zealand, all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax).
Within Australia and internationally, all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) or local currency and include GST.
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason and at any time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment is by way of credit card or direct deposit/internet banking transfer into our account only.

If paying by way of direct deposit, we will provide you with a reference number for your direct deposit. Once funds have been received and cleared we will courier your items to your nominated postal address Please note: This must not be a PO Box as couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.
 
SHIPPING:
Please allow ten working days for international delivery. Overnight/next day courier is available for New Zealand orders upon request and will incur additional charges. Items of interest will be put on hold from your enquiry date until payment is received. If payment is not received within three working days, items will be returned to stock.
 
NEW ZEALAND:
Garment orders = $10 total
Book or magazine orders = $2 per item
 
AUSTRALIA:
2-3 day delivery = $40 up to 3 items
7-10 day delivery = $25 up to 3 items
Please enquire for delivery cost on orders over 3 items
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:
Stretton Clothing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

INTERNET RETURNS POLICY:
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why.

No returns on sale or clearance items.

Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or on-line store credit or exchanged for a different size or item. Freight charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date for New Zealand orders and 20 days for international orders (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items). In all cases the items returned must be in original condition and packaging with all label and sale tags attached. All goods will be inspected on return.
 
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service or courier that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour, brand – whatever you may wish to discuss prior to and after purchasing. We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.
All garments will be quality-checked before being sent to you.
Exchanging items based on a ‘change of mind’ will incur the cost of the courier.

COLOUR VARIATION:
Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.

Hire Me Terms and Conditions

 

1. Hire Me is available within New Zealand only.
2. All garments hired must be returned by 1pm to issuing store, on the agreed return date.
3. All late hire returns will be charged at $30.00 per item per day.
4. Any loss, damage or stains (beyond normal wear) will remain the customer’s liability and will be charged at an assessed retail value against the customer’s credit card.
5. If you want to try on the garment prior to arranged pick up date, and a similar garment is not available in the issuing store, there is a fee of $20 courier to get garments to the store to try on.
6. If you choose not to try on the garment prior to collection date, we won’t take responsibility for any incorrect garments.
7. We will arrange for all garments to be cleaned at completion of the hire.

Competition Terms and Conditions


1. Only people living in New Zealand are eligible to enter.
2. All entries must be complete to be valid.
3. In the case of a competition question, then this must also be answered correctly, to be valid.
4. Only one entry per email address will be accepted as valid.
5. All complete entries received on time will be entered in to the prize draw.
6. Entries must be received by midnight on the stated closing date.
7. The winning entry will be drawn on the day after the closing date.
8. The winner will be notified by email within two working days of being drawn. The winner must respond to this email within five working days to confirm contact details and address details. If the winner does not, then the competition will be re-drawn.
9. Upon re-draw, the winner from this will then go through point 8 again.
10. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Stretton Clothing and the competition promotion company reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
12. Entry is consent to receive Annah Stretton email newsletters and promotions.
13. Entry is consent to be added to the email mailing list for the competition promotion company for future promotions or emails.
14. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
15. The prize package is not transferable nor exchangeable.
16. The winners acknowledge that Stretton Clothing accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winners winning the prize, and the winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk.
17. The winners acknowledge that Stretton Clothing accepts no responsibility or liability for any prizes being sent to incorrect postal addresses. Stretton Clothing uses what is confirmed via email from the prize winner.
18. By sending in an entry, you accept these terms and conditions.
